Otto Fenichela

Iva Andrejs

PhDr. Iva Andrejsová se narodila v Praze, vystudovala obor psychologie a společenské vědy na FFUK, obhájila titul PhDr. ve specializaci psychologie na FFUK. Emigrovala do Francie v r. 1985, od r. 1989 má dvojí občanství: české a francouzské. Žije a pracuje převážné v Paříži, často je v Praze. V r. 1989 završila studia klinické a patologické psychologie diplomem na Universite Paris V. V devadesátých letech prošla osobni a didaktickou analýzou lacanovského zaměření. Absolvovala tři roky teoretického a klinického výcviku v rodinné a skupinové analýze (Collège de psychanalyse groupale et familiale), pět let supervize vedeni individuálních analýz. Je členkou Espace analytique v Paříži, jedné z hlavních lacanovskych společnosti ve Francii, kterou byla jmenovaná Analyste praticienne (psychoanalytičkou). Je též členkou asociace Psychanalyse actuelle a asociace Regard Qui Bat (kinematografie a psychoanalýza). Aktivně se účastní na seminářích a konferencích a publikuje. Má klinickou praxi ve zdravotnických a sociálních zařízeních v Praze a v Paříži, od r. 1998 soukromou psychoanalytickou praxi v pařížské oblasti a v Paříži. K jejím zájmům patří antropologie, etnologie, hudba, poezie, překlady a sport.

David Bell

(English) Training Analyst   of the British Psychoanalytic Society and also a Past President. He is a consultant psychiatrist at the Tavistock where he directs a specialist unit (the Fitzjohns Unit) for serious/enduring complex disorders. In 2012-13 he was Visiting Professorial Fellow at Birkbeck College London. His writing and lecturing interests include the development of psychoanalytic concepts, psychosis and borderline states. Throughout his professional career he has been deeply involved in the relation between psychoanalysis and other disciplines: literature, philosophy, culture and socio-political issues and has published extensively in these areas. Publications include Paranoia, Psychoanalysis and Culture, Reason and Passion, Living on the Border. He is one of the UKs leading psychiatric experts in asylum and human rights. His discussion of Othello with Simon Russell Beale and Terry Hands is now available as a DVD, 'Iago on the Couch’.

Joseph Dodds

Author of the book 'Psychoanalysis and Ecology at the Edge of Chaos' (Dodds 2011, Routledge). Current research focuses on the emerging field of neuropsychoanalysis, and the affective, unconscious, aesthetic, and psycho-social dynamics of climate change.

Adrienne Harris

(English) Faculty and supervising analyst at the New York University Postdoctoral Program in Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy, and at the Psychoanalytic Institute of Northern California. She is the author of Gender as Soft Assembly (2005) and with Steven Botticell the coeditor of First Do Not Harm: the Paradoxical Encounters of Psychoanalysis, Warmaking and Resistance (Routledge, 2010). She and Lewis Aron edit the Routledge Relational Book Series, including most recently Innovation and Expansion (2005) abd Evolution of Process (2011). In 2015 she published The Legacy of Sandor Ferenczi: From Ghost to Ancestor, coedited with Steven Kuchuck.  With Lew Aron and Jeremy Safron, she opened the Sandor Ferenczi Center at the New School University, a center devoted to the work and reputation of Sandor Ferenczi and of the revival of psychoanalytic work in Central Europe.

Eva D. Papiasvili

Eva Papiasvili, narozená v Československu, žije a pracuje v New Yorku. Je členkou Americké psychoanalytické asociace, Americké psychologická asociace (a její psychoanalytické divize), Mezinárodní psychoanalytické asociace a Mezinárodní asociace pro skupinovou psychoterapii. Je čestnou členkou České psychoanalytické společnosti a též American College of Psychoanalysis. Oblast jejího profesionálního zájmu je velice bohatá – ve svých odborných aktivitách se věnuje rozmanitým tématům: psychosomatické medicíně, psychohistorii, skupinově-analytickému procesu, vztahové vazbě a poporodní depresi, traumatu, otázce interpretace či konfliktu, dynamickým dimenzím kreativity aj. Rosine J. Perelberg

(English) Fellow of the British Psychoanalytic Society, Visiting Professor in the Psychoanalysis Unit at University College London and Corresponding Member of the Paris Psychoanalytical Society. Her books include Psychoanalytic Understanding of Violence and Suicide (1997), Female Experience: Four Generations of British Women Psychoanalysts on Work with Women (1998, 2008) (with Joan Raphael-Leff), Freud: A Modern Reader (2006), Time and Memory (2007), Dreaming and Thinking (2000) and The Greening of Psychoanalysis (2017, with Gregorio Kohon). She is the author of Time, Space and Phantasy (2008) and Murdered Father, Dead Father: Revisiting the Oedipus Complex (2015). Psychic Bisexuality: A British- French Dialogue will be published in the New Library of Psychoanalysis later in 2017. In 2007, she was named one of the ten women of the year by the Brazilian National Council of Women.

Andrea Ritter

(English) Theoretical Psychoanalysis, psychoanalysis researcher and clinical psychologist in Budapest. In her works she often goes back to the traditions of the Budapest and French psychoanalytical schools. Her professional fields: psychological changes caused by globalization and the infocommunication era, various psychoanalytic explanations of transgenerational trauma theories, and today’s psychoanalytical approaches to different sexual orientations. She is the founder and leader of the LGBTQ Section of the Hungarian Psychological Association, and the Hungarian representative of APA International Network on LGBTI Issues in Psychology. She has a private practice in Budapest.

Vedoucí Ústavu lékařské etiky a humanitních základů medicíny 2. LF UK, kde věnuje se filosofii, v aplikaci i lékařské etice. K hlavnímu svému oboru, filosofii, se vrátila až po listopadu 1989. Do té doby pracovala po rozšíření studia na jednooborovou psychologii jako dětská klinická psycholožka. Její specializací je filosofie, klinická psychologie (především psychosomatika) a dětská klinická psychologie, psychoterapie (zvláště u dětí a psychosomatických klientů Pracuje také ve své soukromé klinicko-psychologické praxi, působí jako soudní znalec. Filosofie je jí oporou v ordinaci a díky psychologii má blíže ke klinice a medikům. Co ji těší je možno najít v malé knížce, která vychází její pozdní disertace :“ Hra, sen, báseň“, a k tomu : 2 děti a aktuálně 4 vnoučata.

Vamik Volkan

(English) Emeritus Professor of Psychiatry at the University of Virginia, an Emeritus Training and Supervising Analyst at the Washington Psychoanalytic Institute. He is a former President of the Turkish-American Neuropsychiatric Society, the International Society of Political Psychology, the Virginia Psychoanalytic Society, and the American College of Psychoanalysts and the Emeritus President of the International Dialogue Initiative. He was a member of the International Negotiation Network under the directorship of the former President Jimmy Carter (1989-2000); a member of the Working Group on Terror and Terrorism, International Psychoanalytic Association; a Temporary Consultant to the World Health Organization (WHO) in Albania and Macedonia, an Inaugural Yitzak Rabin Fellow, Rabin Center for Israeli Studies, Tel Aviv, Israel and a Fulbright/Sigmund Freud-Privatstiftung Visiting Scholar of Psychoanalysis in Vienna, Austria. He is a recipient of Nevitt Sanford, Elise Hayman, Bryce Boyer, Hans Strupp, and Sigmund Freud (given by the city of Vienna) and Mary Sigourney (2015) awards and Margaret Mahler Literature Prize. He gave the keynote address in Cape Town, South Africa in 2006, celebrating Archbishop Desmond Tutu’s life and the 10th anniversary of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission’s activities. He was nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize for five times; letters of support were sent from 27 countries. Dr. Volkan holds Honorary Doctorate degrees from Kuopio University (now called the University of Eastern Finland), Finland, from Ankara University, Turkey, and the Eastern European Psychoanalytic Institute, Russia. Dr. Volkan is the author, coauthor, editor or coeditor of over fifty psychoanalytic and psychopolitical books some of which has been translated into Finnish, German, Greek, Japanese, Russian, Serbian, Spanish and Turkish. He has written hundreds of published papers and book chapters. He has served on the editorial boards of sixteen national or international professional journals.

Rainer Winkler

(English) Trained in the early 80s as a Music Therapist at the Academy for Music and Performing Arts in Vienna. He first worked as a Music Therapist with autistic children and with psychosomatic patients in Berlin (West), where he completed a group analytic training and a Psychoanalytic Infant Observation. In 1991 he moved to London where he first trained as a Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist at the Tavistock Clinic and then as a Psychoanalyst at the Institute of Psychoanalysis. From 1991 to 2006 he worked as Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services in the British Nation Health System (NHS). He also lectured part time at the Tavistock Clinic London. Since his move back to Germany in 2006, he has worked as a Psychoanalyst with adults, first in Stuttgart in a psychosomatic-psychotherapeutic day hospital and since 2013 in private practice in Tübingen. He lectures at the 'Psychoanalytische Arbeitsgemeinschaft Stuttgart-Tübingen' (component Institute of the DPV) and is a supervisor at the 'Psychoanalytisches Institut Stuttgart e.V.' He also supervises and is consultant to the 'Verein für Psychoanalytische Sozialarbeit', an organisation which runs a children's home and offers clinical services to psychotic children and adolescents along psychoanalytic lines. Reiner Winkler, M.A., M.Psych.Psych. is a member of the British Psychoanalytical Society (BPAS), the German Psychoanalytic Association (DPV) and the International Psychoanalytic Association (IPA).
